mission

I hope they call me on a mission, oh wait, they already have! I have been called to serve in the Mexico Mexico City Southeast Mission and I report to the Mexico MTC on June 10, 2015. I couldn't be more excited for this new chapter in my life. Half the reason I started this blog was because I want my mom to post my letters on here so people can go on and check what I have been up to for the week and when I get home I can look back at all of the memories I had on my mission. I cannot WAIT to be a missionary. I have wanted to go on a mission since I was 8 and before the age changed for girls from 21 to 19. I think it is a great opportunity for everyone to go on! Missions aren't for everyone, but I think I need it. I already love the Mexican culture and I will love it even more when I live there for a year and a half! I am excited to change the lives of the people and how they will change mine.

college

Well, I go to BYU-Idaho and I love it. I love everything about it, my roommates, the campus, my cute little apartment, the weather, the Spirit, the people, the teachers-everything. I’m so grateful I got to experience my first year at college at this wonderful university! It has such a great atmosphere and every class is so uplifting. There is sooooo much to do here, even in this little town. College is seriously just the best. It really puts you to the test and helps you grow so much. I am a new person! I have new skills! I have realized that I need to work on some things! The thing I love most about this school is that everyone has the same standards. Everyone knows the gospel is true. Everyone wants to be better. I love it so much! I have gone on some adventures but hope to go on more while I'm here in this beautiful state of Idaho!

the first!

Hello! This is my very first blog and I couldn’t be more excited. I thought it would be fun to start one before my mission and then continue it as much as I can throughout my life…it will be so fun to look back on. E N J O Y!
